Frequently asked questions
Is the $18,500 price the complete engagement?
Yes, for one distributed team of up to 20 participants across eight active weeks, followed by a 30-day progress review. Expanded participant counts, additional teams, travel, or materially different scope are quoted separately.
Who should participate?
The program is designed for a defined team and its managers. Executive sponsors may participate in assessment, alignment, and results reviews.
Does the program stereotype national cultures?
No. The work focuses on observable expectations, workflows, communication, and accountability. Cultural context is explored respectfully without assuming that every individual from a country works the same way.
Can delivery be virtual?
Yes. The standard engagement can be delivered virtually for distributed teams. Any on-site delivery is scoped separately.
